Install on iPhone: open in Safari → tap Share → Add to Home Screen. It then runs full-screen and works offline.
Data & backup
Everything is stored on this phone only. Tap Backup in History once a week and keep the file in iCloud/Files — if app data is ever cleared, that backup is the only copy.
